    I thought id share this with everyone may be of no use but it helped me

    Was in New York recently and was suffering blister primarily from beeb dragged around shops and got this powder called blister shield in a pharmicist there put little powder into sock and no messing this stuff is unreal my foot got little wet my shoes but my foot came out dry even though sock was a little wet

    I looked but cant get product in Europe but I checked it out when I came home and bought a box over the net

    Not sure about the prevention, but when I get blisters I've found that Compeed at least lets me continue running without too much bother. Tried some of the Scholl(?) equivalent before but just found that they fell off too quickly.

    As said I dont think it can be bought in Ireland, was just saying if anyone was using it or that was good product

    US company so dont care if pushed or not I know its a big thing with people suffer from these we all used vasline talc and it works but doesnt feel good this didnt so was just saying I found a good product and would recommend it

    is compeed plaster product as maybe a bit uncomfortable if it was but I havent used it so wont comment,

    It's a second skin type thing, but in appropriate sizes and shapes for blisters and a bit thicker and it stays stuck on very well ... usually.

    You'll often find individual sample in goodie bags after some races.
