    Although it is American so it doesn't take into account uniquely Irish situations such as a petrol station owner wanting better access and asking the local politician "nicely" to put in an extra junction, the "Joe Duffy" affect, or the "doing something stupid is better than leaving well enough alone" political mentality :)
