    Hi,
Not as much as a need to know basis rather than a nice to know, i'm Just wondering how much percentage of bodyweight in incorporated in a press-up, assuming form and technique are correct.
Is there a way of measuring it?

You can do them on a weighing scales, usually ends up about 70%, you should raise you feet to be level with the weighing scale, otherwise your hands are raised making it easier.

This does not equate to how much you could bench though. It might be handy if you are doing weighted pushups (weight in a backpack etc) and you wanted to increase say 5%.
