Right mate has just been granted Disability (full, travle pass and everything), he's not well and stuff, anyway, he dreads the idea of sitting on his hole for the rest of his days and will no longer be able to work in the feild has has since leaving college and would like to retrain.

What#s the story with Disability and going back to 3rd level? Will he be allowed to study fulltime and still claim as otherwise he won't be able to afford it.

He has zero family in Ireland, parents died and both sisters moved to Oz and the US so living with family while studying is not an option.

cheers for any advice in advance, he's feeling really, really crap right now because the day he got the travle pass in the post was the day it all sunk it.
