    :confused:Please feel free to move: Question: a few years back i seen a car knock down a man, he got compo from the insurance company fine. Now just heard a story of a guy on a bicycle knocked down a man. Now the guy on the bike just got up of the ground and off he went leaving the guy on the road, with a broken shoulder and wrist. how is he going to pay for this.
