    yes, the whole thing, its currently a light pink, and I want it anything but, nothing fancy just a basic cover of the original colour.

    1500-2000 depending on how busy or good the guy is. I was talking to a guy from Ace Autobody who said he would spray a full BMW 3 series for 2k cash.

    Sell it and get a colour you like, it will not be worth it and unless the car is stripped down to the bare metal and resprayed the job is never going to look 100%. The Pink colour was available 6 or more years ago as an option, won't be worth investing 1/3 or more of the resale value spraying it.
