Is there any advice i should be telling them about dealing with the cold etc? Will the winter waves be too much for them in tullan/rossnowlagh etc?

Iv been a couple of times in the summer but never in the winter so any advice would be great, cheers in advance!!

The wetsuits are good so you shouldn’t be cold in the water. The worst part is getting changed – bring big beach towels, wear loose clothes that are easy to get into when cold and your hands aren’t to good, hats are a big help to. Before you go out set up your clothes so that when you get back every thing is right side out…. Flask of warm tea would be good to

Also make sure to retire to a warm pub for some thing to eat and a few drinks after

    Cheers

ill make sure they all bring extra towels! We're driving so i think we'll get changed in the houses and drive back to get changed again...if theres a good way to keep the cars dry!

Any suggestions for getting 15+ wetsuits as dry as possible in a house over night or is that wishful thinking....;)

Put extra extra towles on the seat.
Put them on spin one maybe two at a time in the washing machine so long as it's not yours and you aren't paying for the electricty

Well the rads on full is an obvious one to dry the wetsuits. Also usually lotsa space in the hot press which people forget. Couple of my less hardcore friends bring these small fan heaters which work an absolute treat! get one for 10 or 20 quids in homebase and you'll get two wetsuits dry in three hours or so.
