    Hi
The book is ok but I would not bother getting it. The examples of verbal reasoning are quite good but the numerical examples are no use at all. The numerical part of the IST is more data analysis whereas the examples in the book are strictly maths. It would be worth taking a look at numerical reasoning tests.
    Best of luck

Its a great book, I found it really helped me get ready for the tests. Other things I'd recommend are, getting a nintendo DS with some of the brian training and maths training games, they are get for sharpening up your mental arithmetic and helping your general mental acuity. But beyond all things have confidence in yourself that you will suceed and do your best.
