So I was looking for a couple of good quality brushes. So I do some searches and kolinsky sable brushes come up as being the best apparently. So i did some more searches with kolinsky in it and this company comes up http://www.rosemaryandco.com/index.php. Apparently they sell the best quality kolinsky brushes at a fraction of the price of other kolinsky brands according to the blogs i was reading. So i click on some more search results and they all say the same thing so I ordered 4 kolinsky sable brushes for £15 including delivery. The next day i decided to look at those blog again. So i click one, first page is the review urging me to buy those brushes, ok so Then I click on some more links on the page and theres nothing in them. INfact the whole blog is basically empty. Check the rest of them and they're all the same. They're using fake blogs to trick people into buying their stuff. I'm so p****D, all i can do now is wait for them to come to see what I've actually bought.

I have just spent a few minutes doing the same search and I cannot find any blogs or recommendations that appear to be in any way false. What were the blogs you were looking at?

Looks like I was just being paranoid. It was this blog that got me going:

    http://www.rivkah.com/2010/01/rosemary-brushes/

Turns out the other links just were'nt working at the time, for some reason. There was another one too. Same thing the links weren't working, nevermind.:o

On another note they sent me a paypal VAT request for an additional £3 after I'd already paid through their website. I've never had to pay for VAT after the transaction before? Is this some kinda trick to make you think the prices are lower than they really are?

Are you sure it was a VAT request, it specifically says in the terms and conditions that VAT is included http://www.rosemaryandco.com/terms-conditions-i-6.html?osCsid=31bf45abf77574d7739e96d15b1b87d6
unless VAT has gone up in the UK in recent days?
There is a £3 postage charge. Just email them and check.

The total amount of the transaction was £12.63 and £3 for delivery. I paid this and it shows so in my paypal account. The paypal money request has a note attached to it saying, "Payment of VAT". The money request was for £2.73, which is 17.5%. I send them an email anyway, have to wait and see what they say? Thanks for the help:D
