    Pretty nice - and isn't it a shame that this is only the first announcement and that it has to be announced that it's a marriage in a different country? Not only that but a country, not so long ago, that was one of the most shameful in the world for its policy of discrimination.

    The Irish Times did an article I think it was around May or June last year in their Saturday magazine .
    It interviewed a Dublin gay couple who got married in Belfast ,it was great and they showed some of the couples fotos as well.
    It was great to see

    It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.
