This the response I got to the question, when will CH4HD be available on Sky in the ROI?

    Dear Paul,

Thank you for your recent email regarding Channel 4 HD.

This channel is not currently available in the Republic of Ireland but we
are hoping to make it available in the future. We would advise you contact
us again in a few months for any updates.

Thank you again for taking the time to contact us here at Channel 4 and for
    your interest in our programming.

    Regards,

    Penny Watson

Sorry, I should have worded that better. I ment its the same sort of not interested response Sky give when asked about stations which are not available in ROI.
