Was doing some shopping in Tesco this evening, noticed loads of bargains in there. Too many to name so I took a picture. As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words. This picture is taken in Tesco Galway this evening about 8.43pm so I'm not sure if it will still be all there now, seemed to be attracting a lot of attention.

Every Tesco has a shelf/area for soiled items.

Bargain and Tesco usually don't go in the same sentence.

That shelf was refrigerated, I think. Don't quote me on it though. I couldn't be sure. It actually mightened have been. Actually that shouldn't have been there. What is there Milk doing on a shelf?

There is loads of things there that are reduced to clear. You can clearing see this from the photo provided. If this isn't a Bargain Alert, well I don't know what is.

Me thinks?? Should that be 'I' think?

watch out for the use by date on those - I did get one or two items in the Tesco Clearwater branch there the other day. Most of it is rubbish tho or damaged

Depends on what u consider a bargain to be honest. My local Tesco have two of these shelves one for refrigerated goods and another for non-perishable goods. The bargains are things like say chicken kievs that only av one day shelf-life left(put in freezer or eat that day - college days:o) and are reduced to half price or lower the non-bargains are for example the damaged tins of beans.

    Féck it.
this really is an amazing bargain alert but I'm in Cork.

Thinking of hoping into the car and heading to Galway but knowing my luck that milk will be gone by the time I get there.

Is that a pack of hotdogs on the bottom shelf... And it looks like a bag of mince meat two places to the left of the milk...
    WTF Tesco...

    Never be that lucky.

In my experience these sort of amazing bargains are store specific.

You could always try, I remember seeing them in loads of Tesco stores before. You might as well give it ago.

    Tesco in Cork.

    r3nm0r3RASCAL,

Thanks for the BA, but these "shelves of sh*t" are in every Tesco in the country..

And let's ease up on the insults in future!
