Film Draft

What do you guys think about the idea of starting a film draft on this forum? I've seen this done on many other movie message boards and it's always great fun.

The basic premise is that we get a group of people and take it in turns picking movies, with the goal of assembling the best list. Each player picks a movie in turn (in an order determined by random draw) until each player has 10 movies. Players are then drawn against each other in a knock-out style tournament in which posters vote for the list they prefer. This is done until we eventually have a winner.

Anyone interested in this? I reckon it'd be good fun and would allow posters on the forum to get a good idea of the kinds of movies other posters are into. Might also allow people to discover great movies they hadn't heard of before.

Mods, feel free to delete this if you don't think it'd be appropriate.

I'd be up for it, had great fun on the soccer forum.

The only thing is though, everyone will have different tastes, so in the latter rounds you could have, say, a list of romantic comedies vs a list of horrors. Maybe involve some genre stipulations for balance?
