    If there is already a thread on this could someone direct me but what is the law regarding the sale of tickets that you have purchased.

    If you couldnt make a gig, would you be allowed to sell the ticket or is that illegal.

    you can sell it. i presume.
    never heard of anything to the contary, except gigs like miley cyrus which have a no touting rule, with the credit card purchaser having to attend on the night to pick up the tickets.
