    Hi

I have this TV, and it only gets the current and next show on the EPG.
I just spotted a thread here, and the EPG appears to show the entire day.

Is this a fault with the satellite dish?
Perhaps the EPG being transmitted is flakey?
Perhaps the TV is at fault?

    Any ideas guys?
    Thanks
    TS

dont understand what your saying? The freesat epg will show the whole day and up to 7 days on the freesat channels.

What epg shows now and next?

What epg shows the whole day?

    Confused with your question?

I see what you mean. There's something wrong somewhere. Have you checked the sont website for software updates?

    Have you tried google?

I also have the same TV (great) have you installed the tv with the FREESAT setting ? if not you get the EPG which you have, you will have to do a complete setup from scratch, and select freesat setup and bingo.

This type of Tv does both freesat and european setup for multi feed systems.

    Regards,

    Gerry

    i agree.

do a factory reset, then reinstall from scratch, making sure you select the freesat option

    I did the reset,
but I still don't get the full EPG.

    I contacted Tony at satellite.ie,
    and mentioned this problem,
as well as my desire to have Bulgarian TV.
It was pointed out I now need a 1.1m dish,
how much are we talking for this type of setup?

What more can I do with the freesat epg issue?
Does someone have a working freesat box
I could plugin to confirm the signal is correct?

Are selecting UK as your country or ireland?

try doing a factory reset, select UK as your country and pop in a UK of NI postcode

I found one of my old posts.
But to be honest, I'd need some help choosing the right equipment from Maplins (the nearest is in Blanch). Could you guys provide some guidance?

    * Integrated freesat tuner – watch free-to-air HD and SD satellite broadcasts without the need for an additional set top box
    * Watch digital TV with the integrated standard definition digital terrestrial tuner (MPEG-2, also receives analogue)
    * Watch cable TV with the integrated digital cable tuner (subject to country and with supported operators only

The good news is on channel999, there is the "interactive" page,
and it says I can get the BBC iPlayer on the TV, anyone with a Humax * too.
Any chance of RTE's player being put up on it too?

I thought I already answered that post in the subsequent page?

All you need is a pair of rabbit ears antenna if you live in Dublin.

iPlayer is IP restriced and only accessible via proxy/VPN. The chances of RTÉ being available are practically nil.
