    hey guys,
Just wondering if anybody has any tips for burning fat outside of the gym.
I would love to join a gym but I'm flat broke at the moment.
Just wondering what's the most effective technique for weight loss around the belly.
    I am also exactly 6ft and 16st.
    Thanks,
    D.

Have you changed your diet? You won't loose any weight with just exercise?

Ok thanks to all above posts. The main issue is just doing some home exercises, and what todo. Not wholey interested in spot reduction, just want some things I can do at home myself. And when you say I need to change my diet, is that only if I am eating unhealthly is it.
Thanks again, really do appreciate the help,
    D.

Yep, but unless you have changed your diet recently a healthy diet wouldn't leave you overweight. Post up your day to day diet and you'll get advice on anything that needs changing for weight loss.

Excercises I do at home if I cannot make to gym, no need for any fancy equipment either and these work out multiple areas -
Squats, lunges, sit ups, push ups, jumping jacks, use bottles of water as weights, use bottom stair for step ups, skipping ropes are good and not expensive, dont forget a good brisk walk or run around the estate is excellent
There is also a couple of fitness channels on sky, some times they are a bit cheesy but they give good ideas and show how to do exercises correctly

Cut calories to 1500 a day and walk walk walk. Situps which you can do at home will reduce belly. I did it and lost 3.5 stones in 18 months. Never hungry
