Replacing a Crankset for a larger Set

I want to replace the Chainrings and crankset on my Carrera Subway from a 42T chain ring to a 48T chainring set. I am looking at this, I know its cheap but it is the 48T version of the current crank on the bike.

Is there anything I should watch out for in changing up in size? And is there any reason to go for a more expensive set?

    Nate
