Batch processing?

I was wondering if you could 'batch' process a bunch of pics so that they all come out looking the same...?

To expand a bit, I've been lately trying out a bit of stop motion animation and so I need to post process every pic in the same way so that there is no flickering/imbalance between the pics like one pic has more contrast or more saturation than the other. Every pic in the scene needs to have the same parameters.

And so to achieve this I was wondering if there was a way to process all the pics in the scene at one time applying the same post processing effects to all the pics so they all come out enhanced in the same way. If you get what I'm trying to say...

So if anyone knows any way of doing this it'll be great!

    Thanks.

Actually I found out how to do it... And if anyone else wants to know how, this video is fairly helpful... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AXoGjrTGt5w

You can run batches in Photoshop and iirc free infraview amoung lots or processing software.

Using Lightroom would be the easiest.

You can save actions in PS and then for example run the action on folder or create a droplet that is used for batch processing by copy/paste of whole folders.

Cheers, right now I'm using Apple's aperture and I'm not sure if I can do batch processing with that. But then I'm getting CS4 soon as that's what I'ld really need for my stop motion projects.

Indeed. Photoshop CS4 can also render video.
