Seeing as I don't have the movies pack, I can't comment on them. However, when I go into my planner to view a post- watershed type film ("The Football Factory" being a recent example), I sometimes get asked for my PIN number. Not always though, which is odd. BTW, your default PIN number is the last four digits of your viewing card number. Or at least, it should be!

If you ahve had your sky box sice before the card change out last year, the default PIN is the last 4 numbers of the original (blue) viewing card.
If you don't know this you will have to call customer services
    0818 719819. Which is a pain:(

    Hi there

PIN facility on movies has been active for a while now. Basically, in order for Sky to show any movie at any time - they had to comply with some rules which dictated that a PIN must be used for any movie over a certain rating being show before its watershed - so if you want to watch an 18 cert at 10am you have to insert the pin number, same for a 15.

Your PIN is normally the last 4 digits of your viewing card :)

I didnt say he was trying to book a film at 10am that was just an example of how the pin facility works. I didnt notice when he posted, Im not that attentive to smallish details:D

PIN should only be asked for between 5.30am and 8pm for 15's amd 9pm for 18's

I understand you didnt mention Box office but Rippy did tell the OP to ring Sky if he did not remember the last 4 digits on his previous card.
    :)
