Hi I would if anyone cane help me, I am relocating over to Lietrim from yorkshire . I am looking for a day class in sewing if possible. I enjoy making soft furnishings, but would be happy to learn any area of sewing as a way of meeting people, as when I move I wont know anyone.

You might find something here. Possibilities are private classes, or classes provided by the VEC, or evening classes through some local schools. You could look up the local ICA (Irish Countrywomen's Association) local version of the WI. And very similar in all respects. Good luck with your move!
