    Hi,

I have read all the stickies, and many threads on this forum, but have not found out exactly what I need to do.

I lost my job in about March of 09. At the time my yearly salary was above 33000 a year, so I was on the higher rate of tax, however I did not work again in Ireland for the rest of 2009(I moved in June to another country.

From January to March I earned about 20000 before tax, and including my severance pay, which is obviously below the threshold, so as I understand it I should be entitled to something back.

Now here is the problem, I registered for PAYE online ages ago, but no longer remember the PIN number, and no longer have access to my old address.

How can I go about claiming back the tax owed to me, bearing in mind I no longer reside in the country, so I cannot just go into the Tax office, and I cannot access PAYE online.

If i try to change the PIN, they will send my PIN to my old address. And if I change my address, I need my PIN.

    Anyone any ideas?

Complete a paper Form 12 and send it to the Revenue. You can download this from the Revenue website
