LOL, that's going to be interesting. "Of course I'm clean. I had no idea what she was up to...."

    Gratuitous picture of said lady:

A variation of "it was for my dog" I suppose

Poor Riccò, I mean he's obviously a reformed character. This is the last thing he needs.

"Honey, I've told you before. Use your own gear! And clean up after yourself; I'm fed up of picking up your dirty syringes."

    LOL
Of significance to today’s news is the fact that Rossi is the partner of Italian rider Riccardo Riccò, and the father of his son.

Riccò showing admirable support for his girlfriend:
The Cobra really is a snake.

If anyone should have sympathy for someone nailed for doping, you’d think it would be Riccardo Ricco — especially when that person is your girlfriend and the mother of your baby boy.

Instead, Ricco is at his Flaminia-Bianchi training camp in Tuscany. His idea of support is to distance himself as much as possible. “What’s happened? I know as much as anyone else. I’ve been away from home for three months but now everyone will put two and two together and ask ‘Who gave it to her? I’ll be guilty again,” Ricco said.

“The thing that bothers me is what people will think. I didn’t need this but I can’t go and kill myself. I’m going to carry on training. It’s a strange situation but it’s nothing to do with me. We’ll do the counter-analysis but in the meantime I’ve been splashed all over the newspapers,” said the rider coming off a 20 month suspension for the same drug.

“People know I don’t like her racing, you can imagine what I think about her taking anything.

Cycling isn’t for women, it hurts too much,”

LOL. That last quote has to be sig material for some of the female racers here.

Top Italian melodrama. "My wife is doping. Do you want me to kill myself? No? Lèvati dai coglioni"

Oops. I don't think an apology and a foot massage is really going to cut it this time.

Francesco Botrè, the director of the anti-doping laboratory in Rome, told La Gazzetta dello Sport: "This does not mean that the B sample that was recently tested did not have the substance present, indeed. Only that the amount was not sufficient to meet the minimum standards required by the World Anti-Doping Agency."

The couple has recently separated reportedly due to Riccò's Ceramica Flaminia team being left off the wild card invitation list for Milan-Sanremo.
 was she in charge of teams for the SanRemo or something?
