Not sure why its blurring - do you get blurring from PS3 playing a movie disc?

    How is everything connected up?

To get the best picture quality from your AV sources:

Connect the PS3 with a HDMI lead.

Connect Sky+ (AV1) TV SCART output on the Sky box to an
RGB SCART socket on the TV (check the user manual Tech Specs).
Use a decent fully-wired 21-pin SCART cable for this.

Go to Sky > Services > Picture setup menu set SCART output to RGB not PAL.

In the TV setup menu ensure the SCART input is set to RGB, not Composite or S-video.
