you go to your doctor and get teh diagnosis confirmed first.

then you ask their advice as to how to proceed

I would suggest going to your chemist and asking there, if your not sure if it is a wart they may be able to help and if your or they are unsure then do go see your dr.

If it is a genital wart then there is no over the counter treatment and you should go to your dr.
