    Hi Guys,

I have just finished reading this book and I have to say I loved it! I loved how he was non jargon and just spoke lay man terms and told you facts about foods.

So I have decided to try get healthy in my eating.

But one my main problems is I work 10.30 to 7 (and work a good distance from home) I am up and out of house at approx 8.30 and not home until approx 8.30pm. So its the evenings Im finding hard to get healthy on as its so late by time im home.

Is there anything quick and snappy and healthy I could be eating as a dinner but not something that involves a lot of cooking (as im hopeless)

Has anyone else tried the Juice master?

I'm not a fan. Not that I have anything against fruit and veg (I'm seriously considering changing my sig to "Eat your damn broccoli") but juicing loses a lot of the good stuff in vegetables.

Also, he claims that "cockroaches won't eat white bread", and a lovely study at the Young Scientists Exhibition found that in fact, cockroaches LOVE white bread, followed only by chocolate spread. They won't eat raw apple, and will only eat the mould on mouldy orange. So I'm not convinced by his research.

If I'm eating in a hurry, I tend to go for something like salmon and spinach, which can be cooked from scratch in less than ten minutes, and they are both brilliant healthy foods.
