    Would't argue with Rivaldo, he was amazing and was arguably the best the player in Brazil's 2002 World Cup winning team (certainly in the top 3). That team pissed all over everyone else in the world in 2002 and Rivaldo was a massive part of that if I recall correctly.

    He was a class act, 17 is pretty low down for how good he was imo.

    EDIT: Although I suppose he was only playing at the top level for 3 or 4 years of the decade if they're taking this into account.

    I'd hazard a guess that World Soccer Magazine has a large circulation in the USA based on the magazine name so that may contort the votes somewhat.

    Be that as it may, the ballots are in and the votes have been counted.
