I am trying to bul up another stone of muscle on my frame. I currently weight 63Kg and am just (maginally) over 6ft in height. I do weight trining 3 days a week and cycle to work on the other days (about 17-18km each way). Should I just eliminate the cardio and focus on weigh trining and obviously eating a lot more. How many calories do you reckon I should aim for each day. i would like to try and keep fat gain to a minimum

id definitely eliminate cardio if your struggling to gain weight. 63kg and 6ft is very light imo. general rule for cals is bodyweight in lbs x 20. go for about 3k and see how you get on. 63kg, just eat everything.

and make sure your sqautting or deadlifting or both.

You've pretty much got it there. Maybe post up the weight training you're doing currently and daily diet?
