Brooks DNA - Fad or breakthrough

    No idea about the DNA malarkey.:) Ive worn Brooks for the last year. Had a pair of Burns that I put about 700 miles on, theyre still ok, just a bit flat. When Burns were discontinued changed to Ghost, which have a more cushioned sole and a flat toe, for fast runoff.. or something... didnt like them much, trained but never raced in them. The next ones were Launch, which I love, theyre the sort of shoe you forget youre wearing, if you know what I mean. Ive a neutral foot, and the Launch are brill. Also run xc in Brooks Cascadia, I think theyre called.

    The shoes put up with all weathers, get wet all the time, and the Ghosts survived tough guy and a spin around the washing machine.
