medical card?

    hi everyone I just need a bit of a hand with this, im not living with my parents im living with my aunt but my aunt is helping with money until i can get a job, im currently applying for a medical card and there is this section for people aged 16-25 that are dependat on their parents i have to fill it out so do i still have to say that i am financially dependent on my parents as im between 16-25 or what do I do do i leave it blank as im living with my aunt? also theres a space for a secondary school stamp does this mean i have to go back to my old secondary school to get it stamped? or do i leave that blank as im not in school anymore? thanks in advance for the help, im not sure if this is the right place to post feel free to move it if it is

    You will get all the info you can from citizens advice, they should be at least be able to give you the contacts you need.
