Double room to let in top floor apartment in large 3 bedroom duplex apartment. Located right in the City Center, 5 mins walk to Grafton Street, Trinity College and Temple Bar. The apartment consists of three bedrooms located on the top floor with one bathroom. Separate kitchen and living room is on the lower floor with extra storage space in the hallway. 10 Meg broadband and Ntl, No bin charges, Electricity bills are shared.

You will be sharing with two other Irish guys, a professional and a PHD student.

We are NOT looking for people looking for a short lease for the summer. Minimum 6 months let.
