    Hello There,
I am looking for Khai Bo, Boxercise, Kickboxing or Bikram Yoga classes in the city centre. Some place I could go straight after work (6pm).
I know there are gyms around hosting those types of classes though I am not interested in getting a gym membership.
    Thanks

    Very good.

Now that that little bizarre pseudo-metaphysical interjection is out of the way....

OP why specifically Bikram out of all the styles of yoga that one could learn?

Im guessing because Bikram is more physical and you get more results from it

    How so?
It doesn't look more "physical" than Ashtanga to me.

    Do you? Why?
