    Hey Folks,

I know this isnt a medical forum and I am not looking for medical advise here but would like to know if anyone here has suffered the same as me.

As a bit of back ground I have just resently gave up smoking and taking up running instead. However I am starting to get a pain in my lungs when running (least I think it is my lungs - middle of back on both sides) hurts enough to make your eyes water when I try to breath in deeply. Feels like the bottom of the lungs. Currently I am putting this down to lung capicity and/or lack of it and the pain is just my diapham muscles actually been forced to do something for a change However I will seek a doctors advised if it keeps up.

Is this common when people start to excerise? has anyone else experenced it?

    Cheers

Your best bet is to get some professional medical advice. Good luck.
