    I don't know if this one is any good but look up amazon and you'll see lots with reviews.

    I do pilates at home about 4 times a week. I'd advise you to speak to your instructor and ask him/her for 4 or 5 exercises which you can do at home. You will do 2 or 3 repeats of these so they should take 30-45 mins. The best thing is you'll be doing the same exercises as your class so you'll be able to see improvements.
