    Depends on what you are planning to do immediately after breakfast. If you are going to hit the gym, then something like apples or banana would be good. If you are going to the office, then berries.

    Incidentally, heard an expert on the radio recently saying that a good guide to the GI (glycemic index) of fruits was the peel. Generally, anything where you cut off or throw away the peel (banana, pineapple) is much higher than where you eat it as is (strawberries, apple)
