2nd Sky+ Box

Hi ,

i currently have a standard sky box in one room and sky+ in another room, i would like to upgrade the other room to sky+

would i need a new sky viewing card after the installation of the sky+ box?

You'll need them to upgrade your card for the + features to work on the extra box and they'll charge you a multi room sub for the privilege.

i already have a multi room sub, so will they charge more?

Your bill won't change at all. You're already paying the Multi sub and there is no sub on Sky+

so if i got the sky+ box myself and installed it i could just ring sky to upgrade my viewing card?

Of course you can. But make sure where ever you pick up the Sky+ that it's in perfect condition.

Also, you need an extra cable going from the lnb to the box.
