Hey, would it be worth having a sticky with the best exercise videos?

Like if the MODs or experts here just decided on ONE video per exercise that shows great form - and stickied it in a thread

I've heard that Mark Rippetoe videos are great, and I've watched most of his videos, and they make sense and he's goes through the exercise with patience and great detail BUT he doesn't have a video for every exercise and maybe there are others who have better videos for some of the exercises?

That was all I could see when he got the bottom of his rep... I hope those new-to-squat types don't think that cushiony running shoes are appropriate...

Hey, I'm new to squat! I've seen Mark Rippetoe take the piss out of someone for wearing cushiony runners in a video.

I don't have any specific weightlifting shoes though. Would you recommend wearing a pair of flat shoes instead? Like, I imagine a pair of boat shoes (which I have) to be better than regular runners maybe?

Converse Chuck Taylors are a good option IMO
