    Hey lads

I got a Fenix TK11 R2 as a Christmas present. I notice on Fenix's website, they state there is a turbo mode and a general mode. I don't see any way on the torch to cycle between these two modes? Can anyone help?
    Turbo Mode: 240 Lumens - 2.7 hours (18650) / 1.5 hours (CR123A)
    General Mode: 60 Lumens - 12 hours (18650) / 10 hours (CR123)

It's easier to do if you grease the threads.

The front just comes off, I can notice any real difference in output as I twist it

It is not a gradual increase but a distinct point in the twist where it flicks from one mode to the other. Believe me, you will notice the change in output easily if it happens! Best of luck with it

That can happen if the battery is low, you won't see any kick up to the turbo mode.

With a freshly charged battery turbo mode is with the head fully tightened and is only the very last bit- you will definitely notice it if it is all working OK.
