TV License (5th warning) in rented accomadation, where do I stand ?

Actually this is for the misses, she's got her 5 and final warning about the TV license in her student digg's. Thing is she's gonna be finished in may and Im wondering if she will have to pay it for the whole year or just a couple of months ?.

Year, as far as i know, but you can transfer it when you move house.
