What would your initial thoughts be on a speadable cream cheese with honey in it?!?!?

It combines the many health benefits and sweetness of honey and the importance of a dairy rich diet. Not only is it a delicious food option that could be used for lunch or snacking but will also be a rich, indulgent product.

Would you like to try it? how do you think you would use it?

Would it be like a plain Philly with honey in it..

i like a bit of philly on toast or crackers.. Id say it would be nice on that..

Sounds a bit sickening to me tbh but i felt the same about the orange juice with milk in it

I'd try it but can't imagine I'd want to buy a tub of it as I'd probably not use it all before it started going off. Unless the honey preserves it more than regular spreadable cheese?

I love the idea but not sure I'd like a tub sitting in my fridge. Maybe you could put it in smaller triangle packs. On toast!!! defo, In our house we love honey on toast and cheese on toast, but pricing is important cos if its pricey I'd just lash honey from the jar on my cheese toastie

It really would depend on the type of cheese. Are we talking young, fresh goats cheese perhaps? Would it be pasteurised or raw?

beescheese - love the name. Yes I would try it, I'll try anything once (well at least once).
How to use it, I presume it would be used as like any of the spreadable soft cheeses.
So now your down to taste buds, I personally love honey but I know alot of people who don't.

    Reminds me of CheesyPeas :D

As someone who works in the food industry Id imagine it would have a limited market, there is nothing stoping people spreading Philly on their toast and dribbling honey on it.....but that dosnt realy happen cos it is sickening after a while...so you wont want to repeat the "experience"
It has worked well in the yogurt industry but im not sure about cheese.
worth a shot i guess, make up some and do some market research on the street.
Id love to hear the outcome.
