Has anyone noticed that if you are in the US, Snow Leopard is $29 + $4 Shipping - total, $33 = €23.29

    In Ireland, it's €29 + €6.90 Shipping PLUS Tax! Total €37.35!!

What a ripoff!! Is there any cheaper way around it?

Well, the €29 price includes VAT. I didn't pay any shipping either- guess the free shipping was a limited offer. You could try and find a reputable seller on ebay maybe.

Or you could try and find a bricks and mortar store selling it for €29.

No, it's priced at €23.97+VAT, it's applied to both the delivery and software. It does costs money to post or ship (It would actually be dearer via Registerd Post) and it's delivered to your door or an address of your choosing. US prices don't include taxes if applicable while if they can deliver for $4, fair fecks to them:)

If you think that's pricy, why not order Windows 7 and see how much it will be all in;)

I'd get over the cost of the Snow Leopard disk and be more worried about the difference in cost of computers between here in states. It has improved in last year or two but still being ripped off here.
