NTL+ to NTL+ HD

Just wondering does anybody have the ntl + hd and is it worth the extra cost? Ive been using ntl + for the last year now which is hooken up via scart to tv and rca to receiver for sound.Is it worth leaping to hd just yet or wait for ntl to actually get some decent hd channels.:confused:
