Something very strange happened tonight ....i was on Facebook and seen a message from a friend saying "fantastic video" and the following link...http://www.goodlink.co.il/index.htm/....when i clicked i went to a Website called yuo tube and it said i needed an update for "flash 10.37"...when i clicked it asked me to open a "setup.exe"...now this set alarm bells ringing...when i checked "flash 10.37" on Google i found a forum talking about flash 10.37 saying it was a virus.......now the thing is my friend never heared of the video or put it up in the first place and was at work when it went up on Facebook...so someone had access to her Facebook account....has anyone heared of this before...to me this is a very serious security breach ...

the fact you went and opened the message unsolicited to you, then followed a strange link to "yuo tube" should've been enough but you then went to allow an install!?

Every social site gets these. They usually have some smart message like 'look at your ass in this video'.

These are also found on msn, bebo, myspace under various headings.
Basically if someone sends you something you weren't expecting then treat it suspisously. I suggest you delete said link from your post, your facebook and run a spyware scan.

Chances are their account was hacked. Expect a few more messages from "them".

My Anti Virus alerted me straight away, when I clicked on the link. Yours should have too. I'd suggest changing AV's.

Also get Malwarebytes, the free version is fine and scan.
