Digital+ HD problem

Shooting Stars is on the BBC HD Sunday nights at 00:30. I set the HD PVR to record it for the last two Sundays and when I checked it the following day, nothing was recorded on both occasions. I have recorded other stuff on BBC HD without problems, and also there were no recording conflicts. This is bizzare. Any ideas?
