box with no card missing channels from epg

i have a box with not card of any kind in it and sky seem to have removed all the bbcs from the epg.

missing from 101 to 106 oddly as well missing sky news as well.
bbc 3 + 4 missing as well as itv 2,3 and 4.

film 4 is still there.

anyone got any ideas?

have you tried re booting it? (unplug )

Try this

pull out the electricty plug keep your finger on backup button on box until all lights on front panel come on {30seconds] remove finger. message should appear saying downloading software. wait until its finished {10mins] switch back on box.

what make/model of box is it? if for example an old Grundig this could be a sign that the power supply capacitors have a problem!!
otherwise the reboot as suggested above could well sort out your problem.
