    Hey guys,

Just opened an account on myprotein.co.uk. It looks good and is pretty cheap in comparison.

Can you guys please recommend a protein supplement that you get from there and why you get that particular one (a link would be awesome :D)

Also is there any other supplements(vitamins/mineral/creatine) that you find useful. I want my next purchase to be from there as it could save a fortune ;).

Also what postage method do you use? Is it DPD, has that ever caused hassle?

    Thanks in advance.

I usually get the Unflavoured Impact Whey Protein, because it seems to be just pure whey, which is what I want. I usually take it straight after the gym or when I don't have time / money to eat meat or something. I just treat it like another food really.

I usually buy the vanilla flavouring for it, running low at the moment, so might try chocolate the next time. Don't know which works out cheaper, flavoured or unflavoured + flavouring.

The essential fatty acids they sell seem to be good value too, I get the omega 3 ones.
They have creatine and all sorts of other stuff before. I bought ginko bilboa (sp?) off them before cause I thought it might help my circulation. Didn't take them for long though.

Other than that, the next time I might get a multivitamin or something too.

But mainly it's just for unflavoured whey that I use them.

The cheapest delivery method seems fine, comes by courier and takes about 3-4 days.
If it's your first order you can use my code if you want, MP101038, and you should get 5% off. I'll get some points.

I get the chocolate flavour True Whey, its lovely !

I also get the scottish oats, I know it works out a bit more expensive but I love the handyness of it .... two scoops , with 350ml of milk and a scoop of whey = Quick and perfect breakfast !

    I also get BCAA's.

Delivery is normally around 4 days, never had a problem.

I had some issues with DPD during the snowy period, it took 11 days to receive the stuff when I had paid for 2 day delivery.

When I called them they tried to tell me that they had appeared at the designated address twice but nobody was there to receive delivery, luckily I was able to prove that they hadn't and they agreed to send it

It was the first time I had any issues with delivery from My Protein , and to be honest I just put it down to the unusually difficult weather conditions. I'll be ordering from them again, but if there's any problems next time it'll be the last time.

I normally order the impact whey that dioltas linked above. As i'm bulking at the moment i also bought maltodextrin recently. I take it before, after and during training. It has really helped my energy levels.

I've never had any problems with them. Had to put leave with neighbors a few times and that's been fine too. Always been 3-4 days for me.

Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard.
Nothing comes close to this stuff IMO.
Cheaper to have it delvered from http://www.nutritionconnection.ie/ than it is to actually buy it in store
55 euros for a 5lb tub delivered by a courier, overnight, 64.95 in Capel Street store, go figure.
    Tropical Punch is great flavour.

    Cheers.
