I saw a muller yogurt in the shop today(do you know the one where there's little crispy thing in one corner and the yogurt in another?) and it was a lovely flavour-vanilla yogurt with white and brown choc crispies!!-but I decided I wouldn't buy it because I wasn't sure whether it would be healthy or not!

Are those Muller yogurts good for you, maybe different varities i.e. not the choco one would be better?

I just loved the look of that Yogurt and am very tempted to buy one the next time I see it!!

You should go for the Muller Light range - they've all less than 100 calories, no fat, lots of calcium and are so nice... I swear I don't work for the company, but they are beautiful! They come in a decent range of flavours too, Toffee and dark cherry and chocolate get special mentions, omnomnom.

You've convinced me!!!:D I didn't think they had a Light range so thanks a mill for that!:) Also, would it be unhealthy to have one for Breakfast?

I wouldn't call any of those yoghurts 'healthy' - they're full of sugar and sweeteners and crap. As an occasional treat they're okay but I would avoid having them on a regular basis.

Muller Lights also contain gelatine, making them not suitable for vegetarians.

Why not have some natural yoghurt and chopped fruit and/or granola for breakfast?

    Thank you Melia!:)

And that's a good idea-I'll certainly try that! I'm trying to make my Brekkie healthier, because at the moment, I have a soft spot for Coco Pops and I feel it's so unhealthy! Is an egg a day for Breakfast healthy?

Eggs are great for breakfast, I try and have them most days. Can't beat scrambled eggs to set you up for the day!

I hate Natural Yoghurt, I've tried them all and I hate them all no matter what fruit I put in them. Is there any diet yoghurt out there that's okay? I have Vitalinea sometimes and they're lovely but I'm sure they're not the best despite what they say.

I like Glenisk yoghurts, but to be honest I'm not sure if they're much better. If you have a blender, you could throw a few strawberries or something into natural yoghurt and blend it up? Or if you don't you could mash it up with a fork.

Eugh...! I hate the Muller yogurts, too much sugar & the Light range tastes so artificial.

Try Yeo Valley or Rachel's Organic yogurts... divine!

If it tastes nice, it aint good for ya!

Or else it contains cancer causing and blood-insulin-level raising artificial sweetners.

Buy natural yoghurt, throw in some fruit and a spoon or two of honey and mash it or whizz it in the blender.
