I was browsing FAS website and looking for some opportunities, when I found this little gem:
    Engineer - WPP1
Area of activity: Engineering Department. Elements of experience offered: Process/ production engineering. Continuous improvement projects. Lean manufacturing projects. Project management. Person specification: Process/ production/ mechanical/electronic graduate. 2+ years industry experience. Relevant experience.

don't you think it's a bit out of the line? I mean the purpose of work experience is to gain some industrial experience, but here they are looking for someone with 2 years experience already. I see this more like a scam not to pay people real money and force toe gov to pay instead. Anyone agree?
