    Hi,

    Im one of those long time readers, first time writers, so thanks for anyhelp in advance!

    Ive been looking into getting a mountain back for a while and trying to look at whats the best option for me. I wont be setting the world alight, but maybe once/ twice a week head up to a trail and spend 3/4 hours there as good hobby to try and loose some weight.

    Im not too concerned about using it on road.

    I was looking at this bike Carrera Vengeance Race Ltd 20 as it seems good value and would probably tick the boxes. Im based in Dublin and would be happy to travel to look for one

    I am being realistic trying to get a bike for 2/300? Or are there better options out there?

    Is there certain criteria that i should be looking for in a bike? Ive heard stay a mile clear from Apollo
