The build up to the World XC champs in Bydgoszcz is underay, and tomorrow's race in Antrim looks to be a good battle in the making.

Euro champ, Yelling, takes on Cullen and Ana Dulce Feix of Portugal.

Boniface Kiprop has withdrawn, but there are some quality runners left in the field, such as Kenya's Mike Kigen.

Really good to see Mary back to her best today! Looks like she's going to give indoors a miss this year though.

I'm heading off to Australia now for two months and I wanted a good performance before I head down there and get ready for the European outdoors in Barcelona.

Hopefully she can build on her strong cc season (bar the Dublin blip) and have a really good outdoors this year!!
