    Hi ,

I have received a UPC CISCO Router. I have set it up and all the lights are green. My laptop is finding the network but when I put in the password it says that it jas failed to authenticate due to a timeout. The signal strengh is excellent. Called UPC was on for 30mins and got cut off with no resolution. Any idea? My OS is Vista.

Try updating your WiFi card. Go to Device Manager in your Control Panel and select you WiFi card then click the update button. Worth a try as this is how i solved this exact problem.
